Dain is a Civil Engineer with a Masters degree in Project Management. He has applied this knowledge in various Project and Design Management roles on projects such as the M1 Upgrade, development and delivery of the City-Link Tulla Widening Project and the early delivery phases of the West Gate Tunnel project.  This experience includes not only development but also successful administration of PPP contracts to completion. This technical PPP knowledge is complemented by his sound understanding of the commercial related matters providing Dain a unique ability to assist in the integration between the technical and commercial aspects of these major projects. 

Dain’s 16 years’ experience in the development, design and delivery of major transport infrastructure projects has seen him work both in Australia and the United Kingdom, where he had significant involvement in several major projects including the London 2012 Olympic Park.

Dain’s professional experience has seen him in senior roles within VicRoads, private consultancies and more recently Transurban.
