Lisa Hauth - Principal ADVISOR

A resilient, collaborative and detailed oriented project leader, Lisa has 20+ years’ experience working across the full lifecycle of major infrastructure projects. A wide breadth of capability enables Lisa to bring practical, proven skills to project development, procurement and approvals, through to delivery, operations and maintenance.

Lisa is skilled and experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver major infrastructure projects and has extensive experience and success with project control, processes and managing a range of stakeholders.

Her knowledge and expertise on complex infrastructure projects, along with a practical background in doing what it takes to deliver projects through to operations, has contributed to successful realisation of project outcomes and integration of new infrastructure into the existing infrastructure landscape.

Lisa has held key roles delivering market-led proposals for complex transport infrastructure, along with development, delivery, contract management, risk management and compliance in delivery on a range of State significant projects. Having also held roles in local government, including as an asset engineer, she is adept at multi-party engagement and liaison across both government and private sector parties.

Before joining SmedTech Lisa worked for government departments and agencies in development and delivery roles for projects such as Tullamarine Freeway Widening, the West Gate Tunnel, M1 Extension to Raymond Terrace: Black Hill to Tomago, Heatherbrae Bypass and the Victorian Floodplain Restoration Project.
