Jon hunt - Senior transport modeller

Jon is a senior traffic modeller with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has worked on numerous major transport projects throughout Australia and the United Kingdom and his experience ranges from individual intersection analyses through to entire city-wide models and freeway networks.

Jon’s primary skills lie in the development and analysis of VISSIM microsimulation models for major infrastructure and development projects. This work frequently involves working as a part of large multi- disciplinary teams and providing technical input at all levels to help inform the design process from a design capacity and performance perspective. 

Jon has worked on some of the largest freeway and infrastructure modelling projects within the state. Most recently these have included the North East Link, the West Gate Tunnel, the M80 interchange with the West Gate Freeway, the Calder-Tullamarine widening and the East West Link project.
